Roasted Pork Belly:

Succulent pork belly served with a sweet potato-thyme spread, lemon zest, blue cheese, balsamic glaze and a side of collard greens

Full Monty:

Chef's take on Monte Cristo, Smoked turkey, ham, savory egg sprinkled with powered sugar and served with Jalapeno Cranberry Jam

Chicken & Pimento:

Tender grilled chicken, pimento cheese spread, wild greens, roasted red and banana peppers
