Waves of toffee, caramelized sugar lead the way, followed by raisin, fig, and a whisp of smoke that nods to its Highland roots. In the end, malt sweetness takes the helm finishing smooth and warm: a lingering echo like the calm after the storm.

“The vast malt flavor was achieved using traditional brewing methods. Modern brewers use treated grain that already has caramel flavors but we boiled Tavish for about 3 hours until the malts caramelized in the kettle themselves.”
