This delicious holiday Trappist Ale was brewed with a little help and inspiration from the White Street Taproom Crew! They wanted a beer that was designed to connect to the community by making a holiday ale designed to be shared with close friends and loved ones. We took the community connection one step further by using malts that were sourced from Epiphany Malts, a local maltster out of Durham. The result is a rich Trappist Ale full of wintertime flavors!
Caramel, toffee, fig, dates, raisins, clove, and nutmeg flavors all swirl together in the glass. The aromas of fruit and spice derived from our Trappist yeast strain remind you of those desserts after the holiday meal that you savor while enjoying the company of family. Come by the taproom, grab a glass, and be sure to tell the Crew what you think of their new brew-you'll feel right at home.

“Family and community are big influences for us at White Street so we were thrilled when the taproom crew said they wanted to learn more about the brewing craft. This ale has so much flavor but was highly attenuated so it’s surprisingly refreshing despite it’s rich profile.”
