Have you ever wanted to experience the flavors and aromas of a new hop before even the farmer does? Here's your chance! Idaho No. 4 is a new hop variety given to us by our friends at Crosby Hop Farm to try out. The brewers wanted to let this hop shine so they brewed a Bohemian Pilsner base and added just the right amount of this subtle hop variety. You'll experience the aromas of lime and light melon but won't be overpowered by it's characteristics. This IPL (India Pale Lager) is super drinkable, really fresh, and soon good!
Don't worry, we'll send some up to the guys at Crosby so they can actually taste what they are supplying!

“Experimental hops are great to use for one-offs because usually there was only a small crop made. If the demand is high for a particular variety, it’ll take about three years to build that crop large enough to send out to the world.”
